if anyone is wondering, I stopped using Facebook awhile ago, because it
was too time consuming, and because I didn't want to accidentally
offend the wrong group of people with political posts, bad jokes, etc.,
but I started a new one for couponing at work, and/or if anyone might
need to keep in touch with me (if you don't have my phone number). Not
that I consider this a "work" page. If it was me running the show, I'd
come up with such boring posts that you'd rather be watching whatever
they used to put on P.B.S. besides Sesame Street and Where in the World
is Carmen Sandiego. Not kidding. I read Wikipedia for entertainment. I

anyone who wasn't there, I legitimately opened an escalated call to me
today with the following line, "Hello, Ms. Such-and-Such. You know you
own a boat, right???" Don't ask. Later on, I saw some blowhorn (not
joking) icon next to an incident screen, which nobody understood the
meaning of, so I said, "Hey, guys?! Do you know what we're supposed to
do with this blowhorn link? I think it's directing us to order one,
because we need to send one off to the lady who doesn't know she owns a
boat--just in case she ends up lost in the ocean somewhere and forgets
where she was."

to mention horrible looking) buzzer-beater against a ridiculously lucky
Seton Hall (down the stretch). Next, I put slightly more on Kansas
State to get even on yet another (I thought) guaranteed game and watched
them blow BOTH of their free throws at the end (when the other team
would have likely jacked up another horrible three-point shot--down

just wanted to say a few things in lieu of the Congressional grilling
of Mr. Zuckerberg: even though I didn't vote for either of those
imbeciles from the last election--I've also had Adblock installed for
quite some time, which I'm sure Facebook is aware of. Nevertheless, if
you and your team would like to have some marking information on me, I'd
be delighted to see a London Las Vegas built across the street and to
the north of the Paris Las Vegas (once this city finally gets around to
imploding the Flamingo): it shall be for the few of us REAL adults who
live in this three-ring circus known as America. Also, I would
particularly like to see a full breakfast and fish and chips served
regularly at the establishment.

don't come on Facebook much anymore, since it's obviously a monopoly
that the federal government needs to break up, because I can't live
without it--unlike the Post Office, which provides me with a steady
stream of junk mail that I am able to conveniently pick Laura's poop up
with when we are out, but anyway...what I would like to say, for those
inclined to care, is that I like watching old movies, oddly enough, and I
was watching Alice in Wonderland today (the 1933 version), and about
the only thing that struck me as strange during the entire film was the
NRA endorsement at the beginning--I was like, "You're telling me the NRA
was once involved in Hollywood?!?" Then I realized they meant the

just realized I pulled a Donald Trump yesterday when I kept the plural
form of "summons" as the singular form, as I was thinking the noun must
be treated the same as fish, or deer, etc. Anyhow, I was making my
coffee this morning and thinking it over, and I finally broke down and
checked the dictionary...and the plural form is actually "summonses."

section 33. I might might not be "Irish," but I do have a Gaelic first
name, and the definition of one's "nation" to a modern Scotch-Irish

would say that it is a severe overreaction for our "free" society to
close schools and universities in order to POSSIBLY save a handful of
people who will likely die of the flu within three to five years, as the
obvious trade-off is "the intellectual and social development of the
younger generation", which is supposedly our distant future, even though
it would make far more sense to provide safe zones where at-risk senior
citizens could remain in isolation--as the rest of the world goes about
its business; however, closing all of the schools and universities is a
genius idea in disguise, because we're basically letting the youth out
of prison. At best, sacrificing our children's welfare in order that
people over the age of 70 may continue to golf with a false sense of
security is par for the course in this country--we just don't make it
seem so readily apparent the vast majority of the time. Hopefully, while
they're out, and without supervision, a few children might find some
other young people to have unprotected sex with, because we've
sterilized our youth to the point whereby Social Security is practically
insolvent for anyone under the age of 35, and the situation is only
going to worsen. In fact, calling our school system a prison system
might be an insult to the prison system: there is a reason why the legal
cannabis industry in Canada is having trouble competing with the black
market.

realize I'm only repeating myself, and that the cops will be here again
at any moment. What's ironic about all of this is that I'm the one who
only half-jokingly suggested that we should level the Las Vegas Strip if
they don't build a medical school as soon as possible (several years
ago, and we're still behind in that department); however, now I'm
certain that I'll be even more intensely investigated for seriously
demanding that the government should reconsider shutting our entire
economy down (after all, it is a rather desperate economy that is run
almost entirely on credit) with almost little to no warning--in order to

should have pulled their stores out of California a long time ago: the
minimum wage of the state is too high for physical video game stores to
be viable. The employees who wanted to shut their stores down are now

joke. Laura is due for her vaccines--one of them is for the
coronavirus. Of course, I was thinking this must be an essential
service, and I took her to the vet, and they told me that it can wait a
month past the due date, because it isn't an emergency. In other words, I
am ALWAYS going to wait an extra month from now on, because 1/12 means
that veterinarians are overcharging people by at least 8.3% on corona
vaccinations EVERY SINGLE YEAR. Apparently, those people don't realize
