It's basic math at this point: the United States alone went from almost zero cases in January to 8,000,000 CONFIRMED cases (the undocumented figure of people who never realized they had it is probably far higher) in less than a year--and that was DESPITE the lockdowns! Furthermore, the states that have been hit the hardest are states that are locking down the most! The real figure of infected people is probably somewhere in the 30,000,000 range, which would be nearly 1 out of every 10 people at this point!
