US population growth during the past decade has been the lowest it has
been since the 1930s. If anyone was wondering, I continue to live in the
dumpster, because it doesn't make fundamental economic sense for the
housing market to keep on skyrocketing--especially when the minimum wage
has been stagnant and unemployment has sharply increased. I wish I
would have purchased more real estate several years ago, but as my
economics professor Dr. Malamud taught us--if you're going to make a bet
on the economy, stick to your guns: one day, you're going to be
correct, because even a stopped clock tells the right time twice a day.

Here's
an update. I attempted to send my email to four people at Nevada
Community Management--with attached photos--on Sunday. Nobody responded.
I called them today when I was on my lunch break, and I was informed
that my "management" company has changed, even though I just made a
payment to Nevada Community Management, since I don't receive bills from
anyone. As a matter of fact, the last time my "management" company
changed was as recently as this past December, and I also had to reach
out to them regarding my initial bill. What a great industry! Not only
are they allowed to embezzle money and ignore major water claims in the
middle of the Mojave Desert, but they are so entitled that they don't
even need to bill the people they are stealing from--their victims have
to call them to find out who they even are! In the meantime, even though
Sisolak is busy creating shell counties for cryptocurrency investments,
his golfing buddies had better get used to artificial turf, because
Lake Mead is going dry. I also heard that they are thinking of putting
Daniel Day-Lewis in charge of the Nevada Real Estate Division: he is a
Taurean.

those of you who work with me in the insurance business--wouldn't it be
nice if we could let major water losses that aren't even
weather-related claims sit around for THREE BUSINESS DAYS before
somebody decides it's even important enough to shut the water off? WE'RE
IN THE WRONG INDUSTRY!!! I just sent this email to the new HOA
management company today, for your amusement:
"There is still a massive water leak in the Somerset Park HOA that requires emergency attention. I was told that a plumber would be here the first thing in the morning when I reported this issue to your management group, and it is now 7:52 pm on 5/5/2021. I do not believe that anyone has even attempted to contact me in order to provide a status update, despite the fact that the leak is becoming worse. Normally, I am an extremely patient person, but since I already reported this on 5/2/2021 to the previous management company that I just gave money to by mistake, as I was never even made aware of your management group, despite the fact that I also never received a response from your own organization on my simple billing question, allow me to introduce myself--by merely copying the previous email that I had sent to the former management company on 5/2/2021. I hope that you will understand after reading the upcoming message that I already sent to the other management company why I already filed a formal complaint with the City of Henderson today, as I work in a heavily regulated financial industry. If your organization did not want to become immediately involved in serious financial and legal issues, they should have performed a thorough inspection of the location they are managing and they should have attempted to reach out to the residents of a neighbourhood that is in this type of condition, because even though I'm not managing this neighbourhood in an official capacity, I will now be going door-to-door again, and again, and again..."

Maybe your richer friends in Los Angeles can make another movie glorifying such drug dealers, because whatever they paid in taxes hasn't been enough to defeat the Oregon Ducks the past two years, let alone the Utah Jazz this year, but the good news is that they can take all that money that the Federal Reserve dumped into the housing market in Southern California and continue to move into this hellhole, thereby making real estate prices even less affordable for all of the minimum wage workers in the “State” of Nevada who are still waiting on a wage adjustment, despite the absolutely ridiculous way that our unemployment benefits were “managed” by a government that created an economic meltdown for no reason, which is why the coronavirus death toll per capita is substantially higher in Nevada and California than it is in Utah and Oregon. In case anyone is still unaware, my name is Ryan Webb. I live at 565 Kristin Ln, Henderson, NV 89011. Who do I send my HOA fees to this month? I still have not received a bill in the mail, or anything whatsoever to indicate that you are our management company. I actually found out that you are our new management company from the other management company, which was happy to take my money last month, even though they said your company was officially in charge.
Also, even though one of the major water leaks was fixed in this neighbourhood, the leak in my parking lot has been draining Lake Mead in the middle of a drought for months: it is now bad enough that somebody has apparently placed a wooden board over a large pothole that has formed after several months of water erosion in order to make the parking lot drivable enough for them to get into their parking space. I imagine that if the stream continues to run in my parking lot that it won't be long until insurance claims are going to be made as a result of damage to homeowners' vehicles, and you are going to have to deal with subrogation adjusters from major insurance companies.
Once again, in case anyone has already forgotten, I also had a billing question. Apparently, I need to say things two or three times before something happens, so let's just get it out of the way now.

month, but I sent TWO different emails requesting billing
methods/information, and I made it EXPLICIT that I was furious and
needed a bill in my second email. They replied--not with a bill--but
with a question. They wanted to know what my phone number was, because
they know that they are too lazy to answer the phone when I call in the
middle of the day, and I have to answer my phone on their time.
Therefore, this is what I sent to them:
"My phone number is ******. I tried calling your office today and it went to voicemail at 4:33 pm PST on 6/1/2021. I'll go even further out of my way to call you tomorrow at lunch around 12:30 pm PST. I would have called your completely unprofessional office earlier today, but I work at a national insurance call center and I was too busy helping customers who live two hours ahead at 6:30 pm EST, because we understand people need immediate help for simple matters such as dishwashers overflowing in their kitchen--the same day that they call. What do you know about financial pools, because I heard our real one isn't even open due to maintenance issues. From what I understand, for a contract to be legally valid, there must be an offer and consideration. I've never received an offer in the form of a bill. I had no idea who you were. We won't even go into the fact that my parking lot is still nonfunctional--weeks after I complained. I would not be so anxious and fearful of an irrational lien being placed on my property if I had a reason to trust you, but not only has your own company proverbially dropped the ball on multiple occasions, but the previous management company didn't even last six months--and another neighbour already had an attorney involved before either company came into the picture, which would suggest that there is a serious lack of underwriting standards and/or experience in your entire industry! At least I was made fully aware of the other management company, even though it has been extremely confusing to have billing methods change on a month-to-month basis, and people in this neighbourhood have obviously been taken advantage of and abused by multiple people who are obviously not worthy of trust in the recent past, which is of the upmost importance in finance. The fact that you are potentially escalating matters by pushing back against your client and even attempting to pull rank against your client is an even further indication that you are unprofessional and monopolistic (to the best of my recollection, it is not as if I cursed at you, or at anyone in your company): even when it is obvious that a customer is in the wrong where I am employed, we would never say such outrageous nonsense to our clients.
With that being said, thank you for finally sending me a bill--along with actual instructions on how to make a payment. I understand how difficult that must have been, even though it's something that I shouldn't have had to ask for to begin with--let alone three times--after another management company had to point me in the right direction during the middle of a water crises in the middle of an economic crises. Anyhow,
for those who are into the history of astrology and the occult, another
Capricorn is Samuel Liddell MacGregor Mathers (one of the founders of
the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn); interestingly, Albert Pike and
Mathers both came to the same conclusions about the 12 Tribes of the
Zodiac being associated with the Twelve Tribes of Israel. What is also
interesting is that they both made the same error, because they both
associated Benjamin with Sagittarius based on the fact that Benjamin is
often compared to a wolf and Sagittarius is "chasing the celestial
wolf." It's not a huge mistake to make, since they are both descendants
of Rachel, but it's something that I would like to point out.
